Refund policy

Shuttr is a product in development. We want you to feel completely confident reserving a Shuttr.

Preorders

Full refund, no questions asked, anytime before your order ships. Email us at shuttrcase@gmail.com and we'll take care of it within 3–5 business days.

If your selected phone model is not supported in the first release, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer your preorder to a supported model.

If the final shipped product differs materially from what was described at the time of your preorder, you may request a full refund within 30 days of shipment.

After Shipment

If your Shuttr arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery at shuttrcase@gmail.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

Items showing signs of use, customer-caused damage, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.

How to Request

Email shuttrcase@gmail.com with your name, email used to order, order number if you have one, and reason for the refund. We'll confirm within 1 business day.
