Shipping policy

All current purchases are placed as pre-orders. We are currently in the pre-launch phase, and pre-orders are not expected to ship until November 2026.

Please note that this timeline is an estimate and may be adjusted as we move through final development, production, and fulfillment.

Once shipping begins, customers will receive:

• an order confirmation update

• shipping confirmation

• tracking information when available

We will do our best to keep customers informed of any meaningful updates to the shipping schedule.
